my favorite would be the delica, i carry that all the time. it gets used a lot, but the most used would be the douk douk. ive mentioned here about the douk douk testing its a french folder, with 1075 carbon steel blade here is a review by fred perrin http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Set/2292/doukdoukrev.htm

I looked at the douk douk on the net. They only cost 15 bucks if I was looking at the correct one I'll see about getting one for a test and get some folders under way.
