Don't worry about it. It's just forum bozos that think they know everything. I'm sorry all that happened to both of you over there.
My prediction is after the Ranger tests the table will turn. If it does well.

I'm sure it will do well. I don't know what they are worrying about over there. Unless they know something I don't about it.

I can't see why any thinking person with out an agenda would knock your website and tests. I'm 45. I've collected knives for the better part of three decades. Used them for nearly four. A bit over two years ago I stopped looking at the other forums because they are full of know it all mall ninjas who take them selves far too seriously. Your website has brought back the fun, brought back the honesty and most of all this forum has brought back interesting knifey stuff. I'll admit it. I love it when I hear the 'twang' of the blade snap. If I was a maker whose knife went 'twang' early I would be doing something positive about it. I'm sure many of the makers whose blades eventually went 'twang' probably watch with a smile on their face knowing that their blade took one mighty hiding before dieing. Here is a big positive for the Ranger. I had never heard of them before being out of the pointy play for a while. Now I am going to buy one to add to my collection. If it's breaker, I'll keep it as a collector piece. That's 'gotta' be a win for the company. One more sale.

thats what I was thinking noss...
justin hasn't had many rangers break (two shivs snapped and a couple tips brokem but thats all i think justins had) that I know of so...
and I don't think I'm going to break mine anytime soon.
I think the tang impacts might get it a little early though.
well comaared to the scrapyard... that thing can take some impact!

A Scrapyard can take a serious hammer blows as well as a Busse FFBM can. We will soon see how the Ranger does. I don't look for it to go down without a good fight.

yep.
:D
should be pretty interesting.
honestly, ranger knives are the knives I really want to see tested.
I just have never seen them up against crazy crazy stuff like busse's.
so I'm pretty curiouos as to what they can handle.

ACTUALLY, the knife I want tested the most for some reason, is a swamprat.

I'm not asking you to test one though.
maybe you will test one after the break you're taking after these upcoming knives.
like if someone donates one or something.
