Jan first. The one with the 7.5" blade. RD7 READY DETACHMENT SERIES

Thats a switch usually this one is dead This form comes in waves. Sometimes a lot sometimes not. It takes people to post to make it or break it.

yeah, I don't think it'll be as tough as the scrapper 6 overall, but it might not see as much edge damage, I think scrapyard edges ding faily easily as far as hard use knives go (maybe its cause its so sharp, my dfle can shave hair even after all the chopping) but unlike most knives, it wont really effect its toughness.

I love this forums, it was my first forum so im very connected to it.
I also have to share this one computer with my whole family so my comp. tim is limited, but i try to stop in a couple times a day.
thanks for keeping this place running noss.

The Scraper 6 is going to be hard to beat. SR77 is very tough. There was more edge damage on the Scraper 6 then some but it didn't
lead to quick failure like most do when they do finally have a section chipped or torn out.

Your Welcome. I'm glad you found us. It's been fun talking with you since you joined.

yep thats exactly it, most people spaz over chips or tears, if my kabar chipped I'd know it isn't going to hold up much longer, but if my dogfather chipped I would just forget about it.
I never actually sharpen dents and dings all the way out, cause it just wastes time and metal, your going to eventually sharpen it out when you sharpen it after use so why waste time?
one of the big dents in my kabar is like gone now just from sharpening it after use, I would've spent a long time trying to get that out.
so now I leave all the dents in my knives.

I realized the forums are way more fun when you have knives to post pics of.
I feel so much more involved.

Yeah. Like my CS Kukri machete. The edge on it is nothing pretty mine is dented here and there. I'm going to sharpen it out eventually with use so I'm not worried about it. It's a work blade not a show piece.

All the knife forums are fun. I'm just a spectator on most except here and blade forums. You learn more by posting, asking questions
and getting feedback on your knives.

yeah you really do.
my cs kukri edge is like, the tip is so dented, i guess thats the part that always hits concrete rock and the ground the most, but i dont care.
Its so soft and easy to grind too, if i wanted to get them out.

I went to Wal-Mart late last night at 3:00am but they were out of the Storm 2. I'm going to another today and see if they have one. I'll post some pics when I get it.
